Running a managed-office business involved fragmented software for billing, customer communication, meeting room reservations and facility maintenance. A single unified tool was needed — but the market offered either expensive enterprise solutions or overly basic SMB tools.
Built to fill that gap, OfisiniYönet now uses AI-driven task automation, customer management, billing and contract workflows to make small offices manageable from a single dashboard. Today the platform serves not just UNE's internal needs but hundreds of external businesses.
